We know that making changes can be disruptive so our approach gives you the features that you want very quickly with minimal disruption to your business.
We spend a week or less capturing what you want to be able to do with the system in plain language ( for example, ''I want to create customer invoices'' ).

We then deliver the features to individuals that you have nominated - letting them try it alongside your existing system and feedback how it could be improved.

Once you are happy with all of the modules, we then train everybody and import any data you need (such as price and stock information).

We then work closely with you for 30 days as you transition to your new system, making any necessary fixes and improvements along the way.

From start to finish you get weekly progress updates explaining the goals for each week and any issues for discussion or design decisions that need making.
